Senior Living Solutions provides a complimentary telephone consultation and Dane County Senior Housing Guide. For additional services, fees (flat fee or an hourly rate) are charged. Because we are client-pay, our advice is objective and independent. For real estate sales or purchases, Amy is a licensed Realtor in Wisconsin (Coldwell Banker Success) and uses the standard commission structure.
